Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Glory Forever Public Company Limited ("we", "us"), the operator of you.bot, and govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, and API. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys, and for keeping your keys secret. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. The service
you.bot is a unified gateway that forwards your requests to third-party AI model providers. We are not the creator of those models and do not guarantee any specific output, quality, or result.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to violate anyone's rights or privacy, to build competing datasets by scraping, or to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform. The usage policies of the upstream model provider also apply to whatever you generate.
4. Export & sanctions
You may not use the service if you are located in, or a resident or national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on a restricted-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws when using the service and the models it accesses.
5. Your content & outputs
You retain your inputs, and — as between you and us — you own the outputs you generate, subject to the upstream provider's terms and applicable law. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for having the rights to any material you submit.
6. Credits & payment
The service runs on prepaid credits. Credits are debited per successful generation; a task that fails upstream before producing a result is refunded. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once spent.
7. Taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, sales, or similar taxes on your purchase, except taxes on our net income. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout based on your billing location.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Scheduled maintenance and upstream provider outages may affect availability.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the credits you spent in the month before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of an upstream provider's policies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the courts of Thailand, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
